What is GoLove, the AI girlfriend app?
GoLove is a browser-based AI girlfriend service run by 404 Intelligence LTD, a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus. It lists more than 350 ready-made characters and a builder for your own, combining text chat with long-term memory, voice notes, generated photos, short videos and, for some characters, a live video mode.
There is no GoLove app in the App Store or Google Play; it runs in any modern browser on a phone or computer, and sign-up takes an email or Google account. GoLove states end-to-end encryption, one-tap deletion of a character and her history, and that every character is built from synthetic data. GoLove pricing starts at zero: the free account covers text chat, memory, voice notes and standard photos. PRO adds HD content, advanced visuals and unlimited image generation and is priced inside the app; third-party reviews dated February 2026 list it at $12.99 a month, and GoLove advertises 70% off a first subscription.
So is GoLove free? For conversation, yes, as far as its own pages state. Its terms also describe a usage limit, giving ten messages as an example, before a payment screen, so treat unlimited free chat as a claim to check in your first session.
Stars are the second layer. Packs reportedly start at 30 Stars for about €9.99, or $10.99 in other reports, and run to 1,150 Stars. The terms add two rules worth knowing: refunds are possible only within 24 hours of payment, and unused credits expire when a subscription ends.

Where GoLove falls short as an AI girlfriend
GoLove pricing is the main weakness. The PRO table sits behind sign-up and an age confirmation, so you cannot compare costs before creating an account, and Stars add a second currency on top. That is why GoLove scores 7.5 on price clarity, the weakest mark this GoLove review gives it.
The refund window is tight at 24 hours, and requests are refused once more than 20 credits have been used. Unused credits expire when a subscription ends, so buying a large Star pack late in a billing cycle is poor value.
Its own messages are inconsistent: the homepage promises unlimited free chat while the terms describe a message limit, and the creator is described as both live and coming soon. Third-party reviews also report occasional blank replies, and GoLove claims end-to-end encryption while its terms describe manual review of flagged chats, two statements that are hard to reconcile in the strict sense.
