What is CandyAI, the AI girlfriend builder?
CandyAI is a web-based AI companion service at candy.ai where you chat with ready-made characters or build your own, then exchange messages, voice, generated images and short videos. It lists more than 100 characters across girls, anime and guys categories, so AI boyfriend characters are available too, and its Premium plan adds 18+ images and video.
There is no CandyAI app in the app stores; the site asks you to add it to your home screen instead, and it works in mobile and desktop browsers. Is CandyAI free? Only as a trial. The free account lets you look around and start chatting, but the unlimited text, images and video that make it worth using sit behind Premium, which is why it scores 6 on free access.
